Note: “Replace My Files” WILL NOT DELETE any presentations or media files on your computer or from the repository. On this computer, click the + icon to choose the repository you have just synced up to on the other computer, select the options you want to sync, click “Sync Down From Repository”, and if you want files on this computer to be replaced by the files on the other computer, check the box for “Replace My Files”. Once the sync, finishes, move to the computer you are wanting to sync with and open the Sync tab of ProPresenter Preferences there. Once you have completed these steps, click “Sync”. For this first sync, “Replace My Files” can be unchecked. Finally, make sure that “Sync up to repository” is selected. Then, select the options that you want to sync up to the repository by checking the box next to them. In the sync tab of ProPresenter preferences, click the + icon and select the folder you have just created to serve as your repository. Once you have created this folder, go back to the sync tab of ProPresenter preferences. Name this folder “ProPresenter Sync” or something similar. Or, if you have something like Google Drive or Dropbox installed on the computers to move files, you can set up the repository there. This location can be on an external hard drive or flash drive or it can be inside of a shared network folder that all the computers can access. This location will be what you are syncing your data “up” to. To access this, go to the sync tab of ProPresenter Preferences.īefore doing anything here, you will need to create a folder that will serve as your repository. In ProPresenter 7, you can sync two or more computers over a local network through the local sync option.
